Cristina
Peraza
Business manager and CEO of Intrinsic Business Management, an accounting and business consulting firm. She is also is the Chief Operating Officer of PMG Intrinsic. Responsible for managing the business and financial affairs of high net worth and high net income clients including athletes, actors, screenwriters, musicians, directors and entertainment executives. Cristina graduated from Ashford University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She is also an enrolled agent with the IRS. Cristina’s philanthropic work has her sitting as the treasurer of The Kara Love Project and previously The Tarik Black Foundation.
Eric
Lee
Managing Partner of Intrinsic, Eric is also a licensed attorney in Illinois. He was the Director of Business Development in the country’s largest tax consulting firm for small-to-medium size businesses where he managed more than 50 attorneys. Eric specializes in corporate entity-restructuring and transactional tax planning for tax minimization and succession planning purposes. Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. Eric is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and Corporate Finance. Eric has appeared on the national radio talk shows: Breakfast Club, and Way Up with Angela Yee.
Alejandra Lares
Alejandra Lares is the Account Manager in Intrinsic Business Management; she has a specialization in communications. Her job is to supervise, maintain and organize the accounts of each of our clients, as well as establish direct communication with them to resolve any questions or concerns they may have, and establish personalized relationships that foster trust and professionalism. In her day to day, she makes sure to be aware of the needs of each client and satisfy them in a positive way, always looking for better benefits for them..
Alex Nova
Alexander Nova serves as the bookkeeper for Intrinsic, taking charge of crucial responsibilities such as bank account reconciliation and delivering accurate financial reports to our clients. With meticulous attention to detail and expertise in financial record-keeping, Alexander ensures the integrity and
transparency of our financial operations, enabling our clients to make informed business decisions
confidently.
Luis Palacios
Luis Palacios is a CSUN graduate and is in charge of accounts payable at Intrinsic. He ensures that
payments for our clients, such as insurance, credit cards, legal fees and other miscellaneous invoices are
all made on time. He also helps manage home, auto and jewelry insurance, making sure the needs of
our clients are met. Each month Luis oversees accounts payable with our client’s rental properties to
guarantee rent is paid on time.
